Kew Gardens Wedding Photography

How excited was I to be chosen by Sarah and Chris for their Kew Gardens wedding photography … REALLY excited!

Sarah and Chris are originally from the UK but long since emigrated to sunnier climes of Australia, and brought a bit of the good weather back with them for their beautiful wedding day back in May. With sentimental gifts delivered from the bridesmaids through to the most beautiful and touching message from her groom to be in the form of a Winnie the Pooh book, the bridal prep was awash with tears of joy.

Sarah shunned the usual wedding transport and arrived on a tuk tuk, how cool and no doubt a bit of a shock to the drivers queuing on Kew Bridge! After a few fun shots with the bridal party and some errant top hat throwing, we headed to the beautiful and stunning gardens of Kew. Canapes and champagne served on the lawn followed by a train tour for the wedding guests whilst Sarah and Chris choose their favourite places within the garden for their couples’ pictures.

The wedding breakfast took place on the Orangery with stunning floral centerpieces to reflect the surroundings.
