Ohhhh The Elvethem, a stunning mansion in the peaceful setting of Hartley Wintney, a wonderful place for wedding photography. From it’s sweeping drive alongside a willow lined stream upto its gorgeous red brick facade, beautiful gardens, and grand staircase, there really is something for everyone here. This was the setting for Annabel and Tim’s wonderfully relaxed wedding day. They had created so many little personal touches, a couple of my favourites 1) home made lomonade and cakes outside the church – love this idea! 2) The beautiful herb pot plants, in indivually decorated hand painted tins. I do love a couple who add personal and creative touches.
We made use of the beautiful grounds incorporating their vintage car – It’s nice to try to use the wedding car in a couple of images as a focal point, afterall it’s something the couple have chosen as part of their day. However with Annabels long veil blowing I still feel her and Tim were not lost in the scene.
The speeches, as always are one of my favourite parts of the day, they were amusing and interesting; you get to learn so much about a couple through the eyes of their friends, it really is a privilege to share these moments.
Here is a selection of images from their wedding day, I do hope you enjoy ♥
