London Engagement Session by Surrey Wedding Photographer

London engagement sessions offer such a diverse seletion of locations, from the traditional London landmarks – Big Ben, St Paul’s Cathedral, The Shard to trendy street photography in Soho, Covent Garden and Shorditch.

Bec’s and Alex are lovely couple whose wedding I have the pleasure of photographing in August, a marquee adorned in bunting with tapas for the wedding breakfast – love, love, love! They live a short walk to Borough Market and choose this as the start of their London engagement session, this is a great location and very quiet on a Sunday (there’s also free parking on a Sunday at a little car park at the rear of the market so a real bonus!).

From Borough Market we headed over the Millenium Bridge to get an image with St Paul’s Cathedral in the background. This was a very specific request from Bec’s as this is where she had been christened – how cool is that! There are so many little nooks and crannies to stop at for photographs, I just adore being on the streets of London, around this particular area there is literally a little piece of history at every cornor.
