A gorgeous traditional country house on the outskirts of Ascot, the Royal Berkshire Hotel is set in 15-acres of grounds with just about every feature I could ever dream of including in your wedding photos. I make no secret of the fact I love working as a Royal Berkshire Hotel Wedding Photographer (and not just because it is only 20 minutes from my front door!).
I’m proud to be on the venue’s preferred supplier list for wedding photography, often shooting multiple weddings here each month in my busiest seasons. I never get tired of the wow factor and I love capturing beautiful documentary wedding photography that is as unique as your own love story.
ROYAL BERKSHIRE HOTEL HISTORY
Built in 1705, the red brick exterior of the main building is surrounded by greenery and manicured gardens. As part of the Exclusive Venues group, no expense has been spared creating the perfect setting for elegant weddings at the Royal Berkshire Hotel.
The gardens, oh the gardens! The first thing that catches your eye as you look out over the grounds is the elegant fountain on the lawn, and there is so much more to explore.
As a Royal Berkshire Hotel wedding photographer, I am so lucky to get to enjoy the gardens with you for your portraits as newlyweds, and every single time I find something new to get excited about.
Weddings at The Royal Berkshire Hotel
Weddings at the Royal Berkshire Hotel can benefit from exclusive use of the venue for you to relax and enjoy celebrating your marriage with up to 300 guests. The chandeliered Berkshire Suite can hold up to 150 people, with a separate dance floor area and private bar there’s no need to wait for the room to be changed around before you can continue your evening reception.
Speaking of the bar… the main hotel bar provides the most delicious cocktails and fab food – it’s definitely worth a visit while you are planning your day! The venue staff are so helpful and kind, nothing is ever too much trouble and you’ll have a dedicated events manager throughout the day. There’s even a toastmaster provided for all weddings of over 60 guests.
